A man is dead after a crash on State Highway 6, near Queenstown’s Stalker Rd roundabout, on Wednesday.
The incident, which was reported to emergency services about 9.30am, involved a ute towing a boat on a trailer.
It is thought the driver suffered a medical event before the crash.
Traffic travelling from Queenstown towards Lake Hayes was diverted via Arthurs Point for about six hours.
