Sustainable Queenstown’s again working with KiwiHarvest and Millbrook Resort in a trust-the-chef-style fundraising event.

At the Millhouse on November 20, guests will enjoy a three-course meal created by Millbrook’s chef, using rescued food collected by Queenstown’s KiwiHarvest team during the week, along with fresh produce from Millbrook’s kitchen garden.

Along with an optional tour of the kitchen garden, at 6pm, guests will also hear from the local KiwiHarvest team and Millhouse chefs about the resort’s food sustainability initiatives and the reality of creating a three-course dinner using rescued food.

There’ll also be a silent art auction, with one-off pieces from local artists such as Hazweld Bespoke Steel Fabrication and Jenny Mehrtens.

Tickets cost $120, available via Humanitix — proceeds will be split between KiwiHarvest and Sustainable Queenstown.
