Though best known for its championship golf course, Arrowtown’s The Hills is also home to a world-class sculpture park.
A rare chance to view the dozen-plus works comes with a guided tour on November 25 by The Hills’ Christine Lady Hill.
It’s a fundraiser for children’s health research charity, Cure Kids, and also a warm-up for The Hills Cure Kids Open, which has attracted a full field of 72 golfers.
The sculpture tour, from 8.30am till 10am, includes a visit to the workshop of Christine Lady and Sir Michael Hill’s sculptor son, Mark Hill, with refreshments supplied by local-based Canyon Brewing and Broken Heart Spirits.
It’ll be followed by a high tea-style morning tea.
