Notable Queenstown artist Gus Watson’s pictured with an artwork from what’ll be, remarkably, his 32nd annual New Year exhibition.

Running January 3 to 14 at his Littles Road home studio, set amidst a beautiful garden, it’ll again be a collection of his best works from the past year.

He calls it a range of colourful, ‘‘slightly abstract’’ and ‘‘joyful’’ paintings featuring both local scenery and portraiture.

He’ll also have prints and 2023 calendars for sale.
