Calling wildlife snappers.

The Whakatipu Wildlife Trust is seeking entries for its second annual wildlife photo comp — the subject of which can be anything from native birds to lizards, fish and bugs.

Trust executive officer Joanne Conroy says anyone can enter the competition, with separate categories for adults, teenagers and kids aged 12 and under.

Entries close at the end of July, with judging to take place in August and winners announced in September — prizes have been
donated by local businesses True South Milford Scenic Flights, Glenorchy Air, Harvey Norman, Mercure Hotels, AJ Hackett Bungy
and Bunnings.

Last year’s overall winner was a photo of two grebes feeding their babies (pictured) snapped by local Marty Barwood.
