Luma’s back.

After a Covid-forced reimagination of the annual lights show last year, which saw Lumify take over Queenstown’s CBD, the Queenstown Gardens show will be held for the seventh time over King’s Birthday Weekend, this year over five nights, from June 1 to 5.

Nearly two years in the planning, creative partners are all back on board, including Mike Hodgson from Kiwi electronic duo Pitch Black, Angus Muir, from AMD, Emma Vickers, Creature Post and SILO, along with a few new faces and a host of entertainers and performers ready to light up some new environments.

Tickets cost $25 — kids 12 and under go free — via MoshTix.

Entry numbers are being limited each night to avoid congestion, so ticket-holders are encouraged to book early to secure their preferred slots, while buses will also be running return trips from Frankton’s Queenstown Central to Luma.
