    This is a permanent part-time role managing open days and show home tours at Arrowtown Lifestyle Retirement Village. The role also includes a range of reception and administration duties. The successful candidate will be expected to work up to 20 hours per week, including one weekend day 10am-4pm. Good hourly rate, plus sales incentive.

    Mandatory requirements:
    • Sales/relationship management experience
    • Excellent Microsoft O?ce, Excel skills
    • Experience with Xero or a similar accounting package
    • Ability to learn new software programmes
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A pleasant manner and respect for older people
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
    • Sound writing ability
    • New Zealand residency
