It’s a wonderful gesture from a beautiful trio.

Kiwi group AnikaBoh&Hollie – made up of top singer-songwriters Anika Moa, Boh Runga and Hollie Smith – are dedicating their time to play a Queenstown Lakes Family Centre fundraiser this Saturday.

It’s the second time they’ve made the gesture – they also performed free at last year’s black tie function and helped raise $36,000 for the beleaguered centre to pull it out of the red.

Moa is a familiar face in the Wakatipu – she plays here several times a year.

The group have debut album Peace of Mind to their name and are highly regarded.

The family centre, a counselling service for children and families dealing with mild to moderate mental health, behavioural and emotional issues, hopes to raise $50,000 this time around.

Catch AnikaBoh&Hollie at Stoneridge Estate, Lake Hayes, this Saturday, 6pm. $170 (includes four-course meal). Ph 441 4331 or email Shannon.hankins@qlfc.co.nz
