RISING Queenstown singer songwriter Holly Arrowsmith has scored a short tour with a top national musician.
The 19-year-old will tour Otago this week with Fly My Pretties performer Amiria Grenell, Tui Folk Album of the Year award winner at the 2012 New Zealand Music Awards.
Grenell, daughter of New Zealand country legend John Hore Grenell, heard Arrowsmith’s unique indie-folk sound and invited her to play on a mini-tour.
Catch Grenell and Arrowsmith at Queenstown’s St Peter’s Hall this Saturday at 8pm. Tickets are $10.
Fly My Pretties play Queenstown Memorial Centre on Sunday night on their Homeland tour. Tickets are $60.
