Legendary Coast to Coast founder Robin Judkins is showing a documentary of this year’s race in Arrowtown this Wednesday.
Judkins – who has sold his iconic event to Queenstown interests – is putting on a free screening at Dorothy Browns Cinema at 6.30pm.
The screening is part of a tour he’s also doing to promote next February’s 32nd edition of the multi-sport race from Kumara on the West Coast to Sumner, Christchurch, on the South Island’s east coast.
In May it was announced that Judkins had sold the event race to Trojan Holdings, the family company of prominent Queenstown businessman Sir John Davies.
However Judkins will still blow the starting hooter at next year’s race and hand competitors a beer at the finish line.
