With more flavours than a Marrakesh market, the latest Macca’s burger, The Moroccan Lamb Burger, is set to have both tongues and bellies dancing.
The patty, made with 100% New Zealand lamb, is combined with a mayo sauce inspired by the exotic spices used in Moroccan cooking, including paprika, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, turmeric, chilli and cumin. This taste is balanced by fresh cucumber, tomato and crispy lettuce, and contained in a new rectangular wheatgerm bun.
