Erik uses rice bran oil made from sustainably grown rice, packed full of antioxidants and 100% cholesterol free. He is committed to sourcing local ingredients from potatoes grown in Timaru to fish from Dunedin, delivered daily to Queenstown.
All products are available gluten free and suitable for coeliacs.
