The Racket Mardi Gras
When: 5pm
Where: Earnslaw Park & Downtown
Free

Queenstown’s biggest street party has a real South American feel with a stage dedicated to those who know how to party.

Tahuna Breaks and Batucuda Sound Machine provide the rhythm on the main stage while fire dancers and stilt-walkers pump up the atmosphere at street level.

A real-life samba band will lead the parade, leaving you with your heart in your mouth and feet that won’t keep still.

Eat early from the yummy food stalls then get lost in the mayhem as the party continues into the night.
Alcohol is available from the Lions tent.

Lindauer Late Laughs
When: 9pm

Tickets: $49

If you’re missing big-city comedy clubs and don’t offend easily, this event is for you.
Ewen Gilmour, Irene Pink and Dai Henwood push the boundaries in a night to have you crying with laughter into the small hours.
