Anne Frank on display


Learn about the life of holocaust victim Anne Frank at Arrowtown’s museum.

A travelling exhibition from Amsterdam on the life of Anne – made famous through her harrowing diary on life in as a Jew in hiding during WWII – is on at Lakes District Museum and Gallery.

Included in the A History For Today display are personal effects and photos from the Frank family’s ordeal in Germany-occupied Netherlands, a replica of Anne’s room and the history of Nazi Germany.

The exhibition – which is free to view – is on till September 14.
