It’s one of Queenstown’s most-recognisable rural pads.

Known for having hosted some music concerts, 16 Littles Rd neighbours Arthurs Point and is across the road from the turn-off to the Coronet Peak skifield.
Local Bayleys agent Chris Campbell says it’s ‘‘genuine rural living’’, yet close to the CBD.
He’s marketing it with colleague Kate Walker for sale by deadline, closing on Thursday.
He says the site has, unusually, a 1000 square metre building platform — ‘‘council’s now only issuing 600sqm platforms’’ — while there are also opportunities for other platforms.
‘‘This is not a developer’s piece of land, it’s a lifestyle block.
‘‘There is no other block of land like this in the district, especially with its lovely terraces, some of them overlooking the Shotover River.’’
The paddocks are all interconnected, he says, and can all be accessed off Littles Rd.
It produces very good hay and the lower two paddocks are fantastic for grazing, he adds.
Someone might buy it and, Campbell suggests, contract it out as a mini-farm for sheep, deer or alpacas.

Campbell says there’s been very strong local inquiry and even stronger inquiry from North Islanders ‘‘who want an absolute lifestyle change’’.
‘‘We’ve had inquiry out of Auckland from a couple for a possible equestrian centre.’’
Owned by a prominent Dunedin party, the property’s capital valuation, $2,840,000, is ‘‘astonishingly low’’, Campbell says.
It’s understood the vendor’s after offers from about $4 million.
