Victory parade: Megan Osborne, left, with PA Amelia Cross after receiving her client experience award at Harcourts' recent national conference in Christchurch

From 2570 Harcourts agents nationwide, Queenstown’s Megan Osborne was singled out as winner of the ‘client experience’ (CX) award at the real estate company’s recent national conference.

The award — considered a pinnacle achievement — is based on client reviews.

Gore-raised Osborne, who has sold for the local Harcourts office for 20 years, is part of a team with colleague Jaiden Direen and PA Amelia Cross, who recently got her licence.

She says she was shocked to win the CX award — especially as they’re a small team in a smallish office compared to many others in Harcourts — but believes it stems from ‘‘treating people like we want to be treated, and going a bit above and beyond’’.

‘‘Just, like, honest, upfront and no bullshit, and always striving to get the best result for the client.’’

Considering Harcourts Queenstown often stresses ‘core values’, Osborne quips: ‘‘They should change it to ‘Gore values’.’’
