The property’s for sale by negotiation and has a capital value of $2.21 million, of which $1.75m comprises the land component.
‘‘It’s such an iconic property in such a great zone, and the business is running very well,’’ says local Bayleys agent Eric Wilhite, who’s co-listed it with colleagues Ting Xie and Arrowtown-based Richard Newman — though he admits the mid-’70s building’s aesthetic appeal is a little diminished with roadworks blocking off its Frankton Rd access.
