Summer series: Kiwi singer/songwriter Greg Johnson
The Winehouse at Gibbston is to host six intimate concerts from some of New Zealand’s finest musicians.

Its Summer Playground Series runs every second Sunday afternoon at the restaurant and cellar door from January 15, starting with singer/songwriter Greg Johnson. Later concerts feature artists Jason Kerrison, Hollie Smith, Anika Moa and Julia Deans.

“There’s a lot on in the summer music scene this year so we thought, let’s create a series that’s appealing to those looking for quality NZ music but without the crowds, parking nightmare or toilet queues,” Winehouse manager Ben Owen says. Tickets are $45 per gig.
