A WEB video series showcasing Queenstown as a top mountain biking destination has been launched worldwide.
Dairies Down Under is a new four-part summer series which follows riders tackling some of the region’s best terrain.
It is presented by local personality and mountain bike aficionado Josh Clark and captured cameraman and producer Ben Ryan.
The youth-orientated show follows on from a hit winter Diaries Down Under series on snowboarding.
Ryan believes there is no better way to encourage rider to visit Queenstown than to show them what’s on offer.
Ryan says: “Our series allows them to get a sense of the mind-blowing scenery and range of tracks for all abilities.
“Once you’ve seen it you’ll be hooked.”
The episodes will air throughout the summer and are expected to attract a web audience of 75,000 viewers per episode.
They will also reach an TV audience of 300,000 per episode on Fuel TV in Australia.
The series is sponsored by Destination Queenstown.
DQ boss Tony Everitt says: “It’s a great way of marketing Queenstown to a dedicated mountain biking audience as a must-visit travel and adventure destination during the Southern Hemisphere summer.
“Diaries Down Under aligns perfectly to the younger demographic and is a fun and innovative way of showcasing what’s hot on and off Queenstown’s tracks.”
