Only time will tell who actually won the second event of the League of Gentleman mountain bike series.
Organiser Graeme Cooper says he hasn’t had a chance to add up the times yet from the Really Railing Rally last Thursday.
The event, held out at Seven Mile Reserve, attracted around 40 riders who timed themselves racing down five different downhill tracks.
“It was the usual carnage,” laughs Cooper.
“We had three of the boys who ended up doing one of the tracks backwards – lucky they were the first to go into it so no one was coming down the other way.”
The next event in the nine-part series is the V-Line Chainless from Skyline. It will be held on January 7.
