Top BMX riders from around the world return to Queenstown this weekend for the second Red Bull Roast It.

USA stars Mike ‘Hucker’ Clarke, Brandon Dosch and Anthony Napolitan are all set to showcase their aerial skills again at the Gorge Road Jump Park on Saturday after competing in last year’s inaugural event.

They will battle it out with Australian rider Corey Bohan, the UK’s Kye Forte and Kiwis Jaden Leeming, Paul Langlands, the Bolter twins and Jed Mildon – who landed the world’s first triple backflip.

“I’m stoked to be coming back,” Clarke, a 2012 crowd favourite, says.

“I had such a blast last year. The trails are so sick.”

Competition starts at noon with 10-man heats. The top five progress to the finals before a 20-man hour-long super final with $5000 for Best Rider and $1500 each for Best Line and Best Trick.
