A new Mountain Scene residential property website launched this week offers unprecedented full-scale coverage of the entire local real estate market.

“For the very first time, buyers can now uncover all the residential properties from all the agents – all in one place,” says Mountain Scene general manager Katrina Priest.

The new site – www.propertyscene.co.nz – already features more than 1000 residential listings.

It can also be accessed by going to www.scene.co.nz and clicking on Property.

Refreshed daily, the comprehensive catalogue collects listings from every local realtor, sorting them into eight price brackets from $200,000 and under, up to $2 million-plus.

Yesterday 64 properties were listed in the multi-million-dollar category.

And soon the website will also list long-term and holiday rental properties.

Priest says the new property and job vacancy websites give the company’s online presence a huge boost.

“Our users will find we’re becoming the website for everything Queenstown. Jobs and property listings are a big part of that.”
