Little Max Caulton puts his best foot forward to become the first pupil through the door at Frankton’s new $17.3 million Remarkables Primary School.
The five-year old, from Kelvin Heights, made sure his debut day was one to remember when he rushed into class last Thursday morning, watched by his dad Daz (pictured behind).
“To say he was excited is an understatement and he had one of his shoes off before he even got into the building,” Max’s mum Fleur says. “We had to do a lot of drive-bys the week before school started just so he could check his classroom was ready. He loves it.”
