Local mayoress Karen Boult and her daughter Victoria Boult are pictured after judging a Queenstown Primary School cooking/baking competition recently.
‘Hungry Games 2021’ — named after The Hunger Games novel trilogy — featured three teams of finalists chosen after an initial video round and semi-finals.
Karen Boult donated cookbooks to the winners, Amelie Marriott and Riley Robinson, and Boliwood and Spice King donated vouchers and gift hampers to the teams.
The contest was organised by Year 7 student Sydney Alva, who had to deal with multiple date changes due to the Covid lockdown.
