Sultry Queenstown pole dancer Raha Sangsari struts her stuff ahead of the Miss Pole Dance Australia competition.
Sangsari, an Australian citizen, is in the New South Wales heat of the annual event tomorrow in Sydney. Only the winner and a wildcard – given at judges’ discretion – make it to the final in November.
Sangsari, who started at Queenstown Pole Fitness Studio two years ago and came third at Miss Pole Dance NZ in March, has conjured up a five-minute routine with a genie theme.
“It’ll be competitive – and a great experience.”
Three other Queenstown Pole Fitness students, Carla Whitehouse, Stefanie Meier and Harriet Kelsall, are in the amateur NZ champs in Dunedin on Saturday.
