Miss Lingerie Model hopefuls will be baring bras and bare skin at the Central Otago heats in Queenstown tomorrow night.
Ten wannabe runway goddesses between 18 and 28 are competing for one of ten spots in the Auckland final on October 16.
The girls will make three trips down the catwalk at local bar Revolver, first dressed in a T-shirt from local store Fetch plus black shorts.
They’ll also appear in matching everyday lingerie and skimpy Victoria Secret-inspired stage outfits.
It’s the first time the event – in its fifth year – has held a heat in Queenstown, but Director Chrissy Ve decided the local talent needed to be tapped after visiting the resort in January.
She’s seen photos of a few local entrants and has “been blown away actually”.
“The standard’s been really high this year compared to in the past, so I think it’s going to be a tough competition,” Ve says.
The night kicks off at 8pm and costs $10.
