Queenstown continues to jazz things up all weekend


The Queenstown JazzFest continues with some big acts headlining throughout the long weekend. 

Brazilian maestro Marku Ribas, a first-time visitor to Queenstown, plays at Millbrook Resort’s Millhouse venue near Arrowtown from 8pm tonight (Saturday). Tickets are $45. 

Also tonight, Queenstown’s very own Kiri Winders and her 1940s Jazz Club will entertain at the Memorial Hill from 8.30pm. Tickets are $35. 

The 13-piece Batucada Sound Machine play the Memorial Hall tomorrow night (Sunday) from 8.30pm. 

There’s also continuous live jazz being played at various venues and public areas around Queenstown and Arrowtown during the entire long weekend.
