Three Queenstowners have set out to establish Australasia’s premier online fashion store.

Graphic designer Sonia Ross and siblings Lani Arnott, a solicitor and James Arnott – a former ski racer, Cook Brothers Bar co-owner and web developer – launched Precious Peg with a fashion show at James’ Searle Lane and Social bar in Queenstown on Thursday night.

“We believe Precious Peg brings a new level of online fashion shopping to customers all over the world,” Lani says.

“We are totally customer-focused from the design of the website to the delivery of our exclusive clothing and accessories.”

Precious Peg’s designer brands include Karen Walker, Kate Sylvester, Zambesi, Stolen Girlfriends Club and Turet Knuefermann.

Precious Peg’s target market is women 20 to 50 years old with disposal incomes who know what they like but are short on time, Lani says.

The website provides a size chart for all garments and a stock inventory updated daily.

Website visitors are invited to become club members to be kept up to date on the latest fashions and special offers – they also receive free delivery on all items purchased.

The website is www.preciouspeg.com.
