Helping women ‘get sorted’

A Queenstown life coach has developed a programme that she claims is helping local women take charge of their lives.

Amanda Woolridge has been running an eight-week personal development course called ‘The Personal Foundation Programme’ since early this year.

Her five courses have attracted 37 women from their early 20s to their early 60s – two new courses kicked off this week.

“They have included mums who don’t have time for themselves, women whose children have grown up and now have more time but have lost touch with what they want, and professional women who are motivated to strengthen themselves and grow in confidence.

“They learn tools and skills to get their needs met, communicate more confidently and get sorted – financially, physically and emotionally.”

Woolridge – who’s coached in Queenstown since 1999 – charges $392 for her course.
