A Hong Kong family of four were helped by passers-by and emergency services (pictured) after crashing on the Remarkables ski area access road.

Their mini-van rolled 60 metres down a gully just past Windy Point at about 5pm on Tuesday. A door was ripped off in the crash.

The daughter suffered a suspected broken leg and abdominal injuries and was taken to Lakes District Hospital. The other family members were uninjured.

Three police units, two ambulances and three fire units attended.
