Owners of some of the most beautiful and award-winning local gardens are
throwing open their gates for this month’s popular Wakatipu Plunket Garden Tour.

The November 29 self-drive tour allows ticket-holders to leisurely check out
eight local gardens, including old favourites and some newbies.

Sharyn Stalker’s hosting afternoon tea between 1 and 3pm at her expansive new Lower Shotover garden.

The tour starts with map collection at Shotover Primary School between 9 and 11am.

Tickets, $35, from Queenstown Plunket’s Henry Street rooms or eventfinda; or $40 on the day, if available — children 16 and under go free if accompanied by an adult.

All proceeds go towards helping Wakatipu Plunket provide necessary support to families with children under five.
