A plane-load of passengers will have a close shave on their flight to Queenstown’s Winterfest next month.
Everyone on board the Air New Zealand ‘Sky High Shave’ plane, including crew and comedian Jeremy Corbett, will chop off their hair on route to the event in support of the Leukaemia & Blood Foundation.
“We’ll be 10,000 meters in the air having a great time while raising money for the 10,000 Kiwis living with blood cancers. That’s a pretty good reason for shaving your head – plus we get a free flight!” Corbett says.
The June 27 flight still has seats for those willing to lose their locks for the national charity.
The foundation is trying to rally 10,000 brave punters nationwide to lose their hair for their annual Shave for a Cure fundraiser.
