Police hold grave concerns for the safety of a Hong Kong woman missing in Queenstown.

Kwei Ying Wong, who also uses the name Joyce, has not been seen or heard from since Saturday, August 23.

Wong is described as a 63-year-old Chinese female but looks younger than her actual age.

She’s 5ft 3in tall and weighs about 56 kgs. She has dark, shoulder-length hair and wears black or purple prescription glasses.

“[She] was known to be visiting Queenstown,” senior sergeant Matt Scoles says.

“There is no description of what she was last known to be wearing and she has poor spoken English.”

Any sightings or information about her whereabouts should be reported to the police.
