The new spray-and-go’ room

Queenstown Panelbeaters Ltd has completed construction of Central Otago’s first commercial spray booth.

Pictured in the room, directors Simon and Natasha Walton say the Industrial Place business has made a significant investment in the 16-metre sealed booth, which can accommodate helicopters, trucks, boats and buses.
Natasha says: “The warm air flow system allows us to spray the vehicles at 25 degrees and then the paint is cured through a 30-minute, 70-degree cycle.”

The booth is fully-compliant with paint manufacturers’ specifications, allowing the paint job to be guaranteed.
NZSki and other firms will use it for their fleets.
