Debbie Townsend knows how to talk to babies – and she’s running a workshop to show Queenstowners how.
The mum of one, a qualified Baby Talk coach, teaches parents sign language to communicate with toddlers before they can speak. She says signing is “really good” for babies aged zero to two. Her first class is next Thursday from 7-9pm at the Disability Resource Centre.
Enrolments for the $15 workshop can be made at Southern REAP.
