A Queenstown realtor reports strong interest in 14 luxury Kawarau Village Apartments ahead of launch day this Saturday.
Eight apartments in the Reserve South East building (left) and another six in Reserve South West – behind the two Hilton Queenstown hotels – are for sale for the first time.
They’re fully furnished, range from two to six bedrooms and are priced from $535,000 to $955,000.
“Initial enquiry has been fantastic – there’ve been over 60 enquiries in the first week and as many inspections,” Ray White Queenstown agent Cameron Reed says.
“On launch day I think we’ll be pretty close to probably having about eight of those 14 sold or at least under option.”
Ray White, the exclusive selling agency, has established an on-site office.
