Frequently Asked Questions from 365 Queenstown cardholders:

HOW DO I GET A CARD?

 

If you are a registered user of www.scene.co.nz

  • Login in with your user name and password.
  • Your current details should appear. 
  • Tick the box that says “Send me a 365 Queenstown Card so I can take advantage of offers” then save your changes. 
  • Make sure the address you supply is your correct postal address. This is where the 365 Queenstown card will be sent.

If you are not registered as a user of www.scene.co.nz

  • Sign up by filling in the registration form
  • Tick the box that says “Send me a 365 Queenstown Card so I can take advantage of offers”.

HOW DO I GET OFFERS?

When you sign up for the 365 Queenstown card you will automatically become a fan of all the businesses in the directory. You will receive all the offers that the participating businesses send out via your email address.

If you only want to receive offers from some 365 Queenstown businesses you will need to login and go to the 365 Queenstown business directory.

  • Remove yourself as a fan of the business directory. (There is a red cross that you need to click on.)
  • You can then search through the business directory and click “become a fan” of the businesses that you want to get offers from.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY CARD?

7 – 10 business days.

WHY DON'T I RECEIVE OFFERS?

If you’re not receiving offers it could be because you are not a fan of anything.

  • Log in to the website and go onto the 365 Queenstown directory.
  • Check to see what you are a fan of.
  • If you are not a fan of anything, select the business you wish to receive offers from, or become a fan of the whole directory.

WHAT DOES THE 365 STAND FOR?

It means that you can receive fantastic offers from participating 365 Queenstown businesses three hundred and sixty five days of the year.

I HAVE LOST MY CARD, HOW DO I GET A NEW ONE?

You can apply for a replacement card by logging in with you user name and password.

  • Click on “manage my account” which is at the top left hand corner of the screen.
  • Under My details there is a field where you can reapply for your card.
