Wanaka’s much-loved Big Fig is coming to Queenstown!
We’re opening in Shotover Street in November/December and bringing wonderful slow food, served fast to town. We need lots of fun, smart, and (obviously) hard-working people to join us.
Do you hold a current manager’s certificate? Have experience running a fast-paced restaurant? Great people skills, super friendly, organised and approachable… and bonus, are a barista?!
Do you make great coffee? You must be able to push out 300+ gorgeous looking and tasting coffees each day.
You need to love tasty modern cooking, especially dishes that have a Middle Eastern feel (you don’t have to be an expert on the cuisine!) and come to the table with lots of ideas.
Got some knife skills and like to race against the list?! Experience not necessary, but speed, a good attitude and the ability to follow recipes is a must!
