    Seasonal Solutions Cooperative Ltd., is a grower owned cooperative providing staff to horticulture and viticulture businesses in Otago, Marlborough and Canterbury. Based in Alexandra, we manage a complex payroll for a variety of seasonal staff and support our office in Vanuatu.

    We need someone with 3-5 years’ experience of payroll, high level Excel knowledge and team leadership/support experience. Knowledge of Xero and any bookkeeping or accountancy experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

    We can offer flexible working arrangements to ensure that we get the right person for this role.

    Relationship building with our team and a wide variety of cooperative members across our regions is critical to this role.

    You will be positive, confident and solution focussed with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being able to work under pressure at peak season.
