Organisers of the upcoming Queenstown concert by The Doobie Brothers are warning fans not to miss out.
The American rockers, supported by Little River Band, have played two sold-out shows at North Island holiday spots Taupo and Whitianga during the long Waitangi weekend.
The two acts played to 15,000 at Taupo on Saturday and 11,000 at Whitianga on Sunday. It was the largest ticketed event in Taupo’s history and the biggest daytime gig held in Whitianga.
The bands final New Zealand stop is at Gibbston Valley Winery Estate in Queenstown this Saturday.
Organisers says with more than 40,000 tickets sold across the three dates, anyone wanting to attend the one remaining Queenstown concert should get a ticket before it sells out.

Doobie Bros
We saw the Little River Band / Doobie Brothers concert in Whitianga last weekend. It's a fantastic show performed by extremely experienced & talented musicians, and an excellent day out for the family, young & old. Get into it mainlanders, it's one not to be missed.
